"Wedding planning was way easier than I expected"
They handled so much of the wedding stuff that I don’t know how we would’ve pulled it off without them. I’m blaming whoever runs this for making the whole thing feel way less stressful than it had any right to be.

"I Didn’t See Any Bugs"
I was just hoping for a clean room where I could relax, and that’s exactly what I got. I didn’t see any bugs at all, which was a big relief for me, and I ended up sleeping really well.

"Slow response, and honestly it was on them"
I had a problem with my booking and the whole thing was way more annoying than it needed to be. I kept trying to get a straight answer, but they dragged it out and made me chase them more than once, which felt like their fault for not handling it properly the first time.
Eventually someone did get back to me and fixed the issue, so I’ll give them that. But the wait was ridiculous and they really need to do better with communication instead of leaving customers stuck wondering what’s going on

"We booked our airport transportation through Palace..."
We booked our airport transportation through Palace Resorts, i kind of blame them for making it so easy that I never want to deal with airport taxis again. The driver was already waiting when we came out, the van was clean, and we didn’t have to stand around figuring out what to do next. Going back to the airport was just as smooth too, they showed up on time and got us there without any stress. It really made the beginning and end of the trip so much easier.

My payment went through without any trouble, and the final bill was exactly what I thought it would be. I had asked support just to double-check, and they basically said, “Yep, everything looks right on our end,” which was reassuring. No random extra fees or surprise charges popped up, so overall the billing part was really easy and stress-free

"Before we got there, they did send..."
Before we got there, they did send some emails and confirmed our booking and transfer, which was good. The replies were a bit slow though, and like i said, I had to follow up a couple of times to get the details. Like i said, it was okay overall, just not super quick.

Overall, I had a good experience. The amenities were definitely a plus, and that’s what I noticed first. But then a few little things stood out, like some of the facilities could use a refresh. Nothing that ruined the stay or anything, just one of those “oh, this could be updated” moments. It’s a solid place, just not perfect

"I’m usually a bit of a worrier..."
I’m usually a bit of a worrier when traveling, especially because I tend to stay out later than I plan to, but the security here made me feel really comfortable. You could tell staff were keeping an eye on things around the resort, but it never felt intimidating or over the top.

Our room and bags felt secure too, which was a relief because I’m the kind of person who forgets whether I locked the door five minutes after leaving. Nothing felt off the whole stay, and that peace of mind made it easier to relax. I’d definitely stay again.

"A smooth stay for my dad"
I booked our stay through Palace Resorts for a trip with my dad, who uses a wheelchair, and they made everything really easy. They helped arrange wheelchair access, a shower chair, and a room close to the elevators, which took a lot of stress off me. The staff checked in on us a couple of times, but it never felt awkward or like they were making a big deal out of it. Overall, it was just a comfortable, easy stay.

I did get it in the end, but it took way longer than I expected. I want to say it was maybe two or three weeks? I can’t remember the exact day I ordered it, but it definitely felt like I was waiting around for quite a bit. Everything was fine once it showed up, just wish the shipping had been faster.

We had a really good experience with the Palace Resorts membership team. The sales guy walked us through everything clearly, even the smaller details, and it never felt overly pushy or rushed. We had a few questions along the way, and they actually took the time to answer them instead of just brushing us off. Overall, the process was smooth, and so far I’m happy with what we signed up for

The resort definitely had a good amount of people around, but it never felt overwhelming. We could usually find pool chairs easily in the mornings, and the dinner lines actually moved faster than I expected. For such a big place, it still felt chill.

My first impression of booking through palaceresorts was a good one. The site felt easy to figure out right away, and I didn’t have to dig around to find the room and dates I wanted. I also appreciated that the price and what was included were shown before I paid, because surprise charges at the end are always something I watch for. The confirmation email came through quickly, and all the reservation details looked right. Overall, it was a simple, smooth process, and I’d definitely use it again.

The resort was really clean and the staff were genuinely nice, no complaints there. But for what we paid, I expected a little more. The food was fine, nothing bad, just not amazing, and some of the extras felt pricey. Overall, we had a good trip, but I’m not sure I’d call it great value
